Tomás Kloosterman is an Associate at D&P Creative Strategies.


Prior to coming on board at D&P, he served as the Strategic Engagement Director at Latino Victory Project. In this capacity, Kloosterman advised candidates and campaigns, drove defensive and offensive digital communications efforts, and cultivated partnerships to build Latino political power. In 2020, Kloosterman also played a key role in spearheading Latinos con Biden, Latino Victory's multifaceted coordinated engagement program in support of the Biden-Harris campaign.


Prior to Latino Victory, Kloosterman worked at Mothership Strategies, where he focused on digital advocacy efforts for candidates, political action committees, and non-profit organizations. Kloosterman began his career at The Columbia Group, where he supported projects for the Marine Corps Installation Command relating to private-public partnerships. 


Originally from Miami, Florida, Kloosterman received his Bachelor’s Degree from American University and his Master’s Degree from George Washington University.
